Mrs Yasmin Halifa is a nurse by profession, specialising in ICU and CCU, with years of hands-on nursing experience. She holds diplomas in Midwifery, Community, Psychiatric and General Nursing, as well as a diploma in Internal Medicine and Surgery with Advanced Nursing Management.
Yasmin is deeply hands-on at Excell Healthcare and personally drives the up-skilling programmes that empower nurses to be competent and confident in their specialties. Her clinical background is the reason Excell is built on real nursing insight, not just recruitment — every policy, every screening and every training course is shaped by someone who has stood at the bedside.

Clinical Assessment
One-on-one assessment with our clinical facilitator covering the nurse's declared specialty and core competencies.
Orientation & Induction
Each nurse is oriented to your facility's policies, procedures, alarm systems and reporting lines before the first shift.
Ongoing Quality Review
After every placement, our facilitator follows up — with the nurse and with you — to maintain standards shift after shift.

Excell extends its services into the home, retirement villages and residential clinics, bringing regulated nursing care to patients where they live.
Cape Town branch opens
Excell expands nationally with a Western Cape branch in Athlone, Cape Town, giving facilities on both coasts access to the same 24-hour service.
